PTS (formerly known as NEPT) provides an important service for patients who require transport to, or from, a health facility and who are medically unsuitable for community, public or private transport.
Registration for the PFP is available to NSW Health staff. PTS Web is available for staff in emergency departments and outpatient clinics and staff in private facilities.
Patients must be assessed by a medical practitioner or registered nurse as eligible for PTS. This section contains important information on patient eligibility.
