​Accessing policies now that this Manual has been archived

​The Health Records and Information Manual for Community Health Facilities has been archived because it duplicated information already available on the NSW Health Policy Distribution System (PDS). The PDS continues to host all current policy directives, guidelines, and information bulletins that apply to community health facilities. 

Those needing to access policy information can search the PDS to find documents that apply to community health facilities by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Policy Distribution System (PDS) webpage.
  2. On the right side of the page, under Browse by, click Applies to​.
  3. On the left side, under Status, check Active and Community Health Centres.
  4. The results will display all relevant documents.​
