The Patient Matters Manual for Public Health Organisations has moved to a new online format.
The updated site provides a consolidated, easy‑to‑navigate version of all Patient Matters content, replacing the previous PDF‑based chapters. The manual continues to include NSW Health policy directives, guidelines and information bulletins relating to the care and treatment of patients within the NSW Health system, including health records and privacy requirements.
All content previously published as individual PDF chapters (e.g., Anaesthetics, Paediatrics, Emergency Care, Mental Health, Pathology, Surgical Care and others) is now incorporated into the new online manual. Amendments will continue to be made periodically.
