NSW Health partnered with Francis Health to conduct horizons scanning and to develop workforce scenarios for the Audiology workforce. Through consultation with key stakeholders a range of views showed the critical risks and opportunities facing the audiology workforce. The consultation helped build valuable insights and consensus to inform future planning.
The Audiology Horizons Scanning and Scenario Generation Report provides valuable information about the workforce. It has identified key opportunities to assist with strengthening this workforce. The report also shows how this workforce can develop locally to contribute to improving ear health across NSW.
