In alignment with these key strategic objectives, the Workforce Planning and Development Branch collaborates with Local Health Districts/ Specialty Health Networks, Pillars and other health agencies in NSW to consider workforce implications of evolving models of care and system-wide reforms. Rapid Assessment, Intervention and Discharge - Emergency Department (RAID-ED) and Quick Access Response Team (QuART) are evidence-based, transdisciplinary allied health-led models of care that improve patient flow, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and optimise workforce capability through earlier and more coordinated intervention across care settings.
