Another key strategy identified in the Health Professionals Workforce Plan 2012-2022, is to build multi-faceted and multi-owned solutions. In line with this strategy, the Workforce Planning and Development Branch have worked with Local Health Districts, Pillars and other health agencies in NSW to consider workforce implications of changing models of care and the implementation of system wide reforms.
