Futures Musters workshops are a key to the Focus on the Future Workforce Initiative. Futures Musters engages current and emerging leaders across the NSW health system and facilitates a creative space to think curiously and innovatively about the future of work and the NSW Health workforce.
The workshop topics are chosen to support future thinking and strategic planning for the NSW Health workforce. Past topics include technology and scientific innovation, consumer-led care and population changes. We are currently designing new Futures Musters by working with stakeholders to identify topics that support readiness in our current and future workforce.
