The HealthRoster Improvement Project focuses on governance, functionality, and education in areas relating to rostering best practice and practical applications within HealthRoster. The project encompasses education for all disciplines, including Nursing and Midwifery, Medical, Corporate, and Allied Health, to support standardisation of rostering practices and use of HealthRoster features and tools.

For more information, visit HealthRoster Improvement, where you can also find the NSW Health Rostering Resource Manual which contains principles, rostering guidelines and tools to facilitate best practice rostering and reporting across NSW.  Further resources and information can be accessed through the Efficiency Improvement and Support Team (EIST) HealthRoster Improvement SharePoint (internal access only).
