The Rostering Capability Framework (RCF) proposes an effective learning solution that is accessible and flexible to the needs of the learner, based on extensive research around the need for rostering capability development throughout NSW Health.

The current offering provides a range of readily accessible learning resources that can be used to further develop rostering capability. These include online learning modules and face to face training workshops which aim to develop competence to implement the rostering process flowchart also available as a web accessible version. The first release of learning resources focuses on annual leave management and additional resources will continue to be added over time.

Learning materials have been designed in conjunction with rostering staff and utilise realistic rostering scenarios to demonstrate rostering best practice.

Completion of the online learning modules is voluntary and can be completed at any time and in any order.
